Valerie Rooney
Dr. Valerie
Rooney is known to many in the area, having practiced in Bellows Falls
for more than a decade. She has been involved with many of the local
schools. Dr Rooney graduated Cum Laude from Boston University and then
went on to earn her medical degree from UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical school
in Newark. Her pediatric residency was spent at Tuft’s Boston
Floating Hospital.
Dr. Rooney has special interest in school evaluations, allergies and asthma, behavioral pediatrics, as well as general and adolescent pediatrics.
Dr. Rooney lives
with her daughter and enjoys hiking, gardening, and horseback riding.
