Dr. Susan Slowinski
Dr. Susan
Slowinski attended the medical college of Pennsylvania and completed
a residency in pediatrics at the University of Rochester. She was inducted
into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Socitey and won an American
Womens Medical Association Award for Excellence. She is a fellow of
the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. SLowinski considers
her work at Cornerstone Pediatrics a “dream job”. The practice
is small enough to know the children well and large enough to include
a little bit of everything. In addition to well child care, Dr. Slowinski
enjoys working with developmental differences and chronic illnesses.
Reach Out and Read, an early childhood literacy program is Dr. Slowinski’s
pet project. In 2000 she was named the Literacy Champion for Windham
County.
Dr. Slowinski lives
with her husband and two extra-tall teen aged sons. Canoeing is their
favorite escape.
